Super Inspector is my go-to inspection company in the Austin and San Antonio areas. They are mostly always available as they have several licensed inspectors on staff. They are priced fair and are thorough in their communications. They do charge a convenience fee when paying with a debit card but also offer to pay with money order or cashiers check.
This time I was scheduled with Noah and I cannot recommend him enough! He was detailed and explained the findings with my clients in a clear manner, without raising any unnecessary flags. He stayed late and ensured we were satisfied with his service! He also helped me figure out the issue with the propane tank that was apparently missing.
