I want to thank you for employing such a great inspector by the name of Matt Bryant. He did our new home inspection yesterday and did a wonderful job. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to us slowly and truthfully and had pictures to back up his findings. We were very impressed with him. I highly recommend Super Inspector for Home inspections. Last time I bought a home was 7 years ago, my inspector at that home is no longer doing inspections and recommended them to me. Here is the best part, not only did they do an awesome job inspecting the home I am currently in contract on, they also educated me on very important items in the home and identified items that needed to be addressed for repair. Every cent I paid to Super Inspector was worth it. Every cent!!! They even offer a re-inspection service, which is reasonable, and I will be using that as well. Customer Service was excellent and that is hard to find these days. If there were more stars they would get them. Totally satisfied and if you are reading this review, please know I am an actual customer not just someone that writes reviews. Thank you Super Inspector for your service. Our inspector was, Donnie Autry, he was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the final report in detail. He covered every part of the home and didn’t take short cuts in inspecting any item. It is a new construction home and he could of just whipped through it, however he didn’t, he took his time and for that we are appreciative to him. Although we haven’t closed on the home yet, the report appeared to be very thorough and after discussing the findings with the inspector it gave us peace of mind that there was nothing seriously wrong with the home. They found a number of issues, some of which are minor that I can take care of once we’re moved in, and a few that will require the work of a licensed contractor. The current homeowner has agreed to correcting those issues using licensed qualified contractors. I feel good about moving into a home that has some expected normal wear and tear and that the few items we felt needed to be addressed by a professional are going to be addressed. Ron H
