I scheduled an appointment with Super Inspector for an inspection to buy an older home. Travis was assigned to this inspection. He was absolutely amazing, very detailed, and took the time to explain all of the items found during his inspection. The thoroughness of Super Inspector was above and beyond. Travis looked at everything from the roofi and attic down to the concrete slab and everything in between. I would definitely give them a 10 star rating if possible and will be referring them to anybody who needs an inspector!
This is the second time we used this company and the same inspector Micheal. He is excellent! Knowledgeable and attention to detail are two of his qualities. You can trust he will find every detail that is of concern- small or large. We appreciate finding major issues things wrong with a house we were going to purchase the first time. Rad was the inspector for my buyers property. He was great and very thorough. His kindness and willingness to go over the entire inspection report in person with my clients was very valuable. He has a gentle approach of giving the facts without scaring the buyers.

Inspection was very well done. Josh is very thorough and the report was available the same night. The only complaint we had is that we found out the day of the inspection that this company no longer accepts personal checks but requires a money order, cashiers check or credit card where they whack you with a fee. We found this to be ridiculous. Josh had nothing to do with this but it added an additional element of stress that we didn’t need during the home-buying process.
