our inspector Andrew was phenomenal. He actually had inspected my home that was for sale and I was impressed with his knowledge, so I hired him to also inspect my new construction home. He tested every outlet, every window, every faucet, pretty much everything, even went on the roof to verify that the construction was done appropriately. His report was ready immediately, and I plan to have him back out for my 11 month walk-through a year from now. I highly recommend Super Inspector and particularly Andrew.
