Blake did my inspection on 6/10. Even though it is a New build and I am buying it directly from MI homes he found a lot of stuff that needs to be fixed/addressed before closing. He also inspected sewer lines. After his inspection it’s easy for me to go to the builder and ask them to fix the errors.
