This review is intended to replace a previous negative review that the inspector did not send the report on the day of the inspection. I did eventually receive the inspection report before end of day. The inspection was very thorough with pictures and recommendations. I inspected the property personally the day before and was surprised at how much I had missed. The report was very informative and I would have otherwise have missed so much. Thank you David Hawkins and Scott Bedford for your keen eye and attention to detail. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable compared to what it would have cost me in undetected repairs I would have had to make after the sale.

Rad did thorough inspection on a house I was buying in another state.He was very communicative & easy to understand and talk with. He offered a sewer line scope as my realtor didn’t know that service existed. He called, talked through what he found and even sent me pictures with the report. Also was able to inspect on short notice.
The scheduling was easy, the inspector was friendly, calming, knowledgeable, and most of all readily available for additional questions after the inspection. Sometimes you just need a little more clarity, and he was happy to answer my questions.
My Super Inspector (Jeff H.) was absolutely amazing! He was there 4 hours, but it felt like he had 36 hours worth of data. He was VERY detailed, but explained things simply, clearly, and helped us assess risk quickly and confidently. David Sablatura was our inspector for a home purchase. David did an exceptional and thorough job. The report that was prepared for us was very professional. David went over the report with us on site, and explained any questions or concerned that we raised. The final report was the most professional inspection report we have ever received. Chuck Schmidtke was phenomenal! This is the first home I’m purchasing, and it’s a duplex, so the inspection process was completely new to me. Chuck made the entire experience much easier and less intimidating.

This company was very easy to work with and their inspector that came out was wonderful. Chuck explained everything he was going to do before he started, and asked if I had questions and then set about doing his inspection. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. Then when he was done with his thorough inspection, sat down and went over everything with me that would be coming back with his report. Again asked if I had questions and he took his time, which I appreciated very much. I would highly recommend Super Inspector and ask for Chuck to do your inspection.
