Robbie did a great job inspecting our new build. We've been very involved in the build process from the beginning and had full faith in our builder, nonetheless having an extra set of eyes with experience and knowing what to look for was invaluable. We've got some little things that can use addressing prior to closing, and Robbie was great at not sounding the alarm over things that aren't major concerns. Some inspectors make you think you're walking into the worst house ever, but Robbie had a very measured approac. He let us know some important issues that need addressing, and others that were minor, but worth pointing out for knowledge's sake. Would recommend Robbie with Super inspectors!
